Fans are encouraged to donate to the food bank at both men’s and women’s games today
Supporters attending the Everton men’s and women’s fixtures today are asked to donate food to Fans Supporting Foodbanks.
The distinctive purple Fans Supporting Foodbanks collection van will be located at Flagpole Corner outside the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand, the Anfield Shop on Walton Breck Road and the Homebaked Bakery on Oakfield Roadbefore the Merseyside derby today (KO 4:30 p.m.).
And following the 206and Merseyside league derby, the van will move into Walton Hall Park car park, ahead of Everton Women’s 6.45pm kick off against Arsenal in the Women’s Super League.

Volunteers from both locations will be on hand to accept donations in a bid to tackle food poverty in North Liverpool.
Founded by Everton and Liverpool supporters, Fans Supporting Foodbanks has been a regular fixture at Goodison Park and Anfield for the past six years.
Fans are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items or a variety of dry food items, such as rice or pasta; cans or non-perishable packets such as breakfast cereals, biscuits, long-life milk, coffee, fruit juices and sugar. While toiletries and children’s nappies are also welcome.

Food donations can also be made Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm directly to the North Liverpool Foodbank at St Andrews Community Network, 16-18 Larkhill Lane, Clubmoor, Liverpool, L13 9BR.
