Joao Pedro: Newcastle make £30m bid for Watford striker | Transfer Center News

Newcastle United have made a second offer for Joao Pedro from Watford and are hoping to sign the striker.

The bid is said to be in the region of £30m, including add-ons.

Watford are considering the proposal with ongoing discussions over the payout structure and the feasibility of add-ons. However, the Championship club are under no pressure to sell as Pedro has three years left on his contract.

Sky Sports News revealed on August 15 that the Hornets had rejected a £17.5million offer for the 20-year-old Brazilian who scored three goals and registered one assist in 15 starts and 13 Premier League appearances last season .
